Well we are in full swing trying to get Christmas products all made in time to serve on your table. Here are some boneless hams that are waiting to go into the smokehouse which is being run 24-7 it feels like. The joys of owning a meat shop is going down there at 12 am to take a load of hams out and put one in! 😉 But we wouldn’t have it any other way!
