Going to guess it’s a beef pattie! Oh with Cheese in it, maybe some bacon (because everything is better with bacon).

Aye, Ah know because I actually folded and bought some store brand ones the other day (bacon cheddar applewood smoked or something). Pretty darn tasty indeed!
