Wordless Wednesday: Visions of Thanksgiving

The Holidays around here are often bittersweet. It never fails that it is some of our busiest times of the year. We are so thankful to be receiving so much business but often times it can be overwhelming. And if anything, it’s always a sight to see. So here you go… A vision into the madness before Thanksgiving…

Rows and rows of locally raised, free range Turkeys

Super nice beef we cut today.. Have to admit, I was envious of these steaks!

Hams come out of the smoker, turkeys go in.

Deer from Private Land Owner tags show up, unskinned. Never fails during this time of the year. And don’t worry, they had antlers, they’ve just been sawed off!

Smoked Turkeys, before.

Smoked Turkeys, after.

It’s a sin to be out of Chorizo. So we made some.

And finally, at the end of the day. Time to put a roaster hog in the smokehouse.

From our family to your family, we wish you a Happy Thanksgiving!
