A few weeks ago I was asked by a prominent local ag and food blogger to write a guest blog post for her blog and I couldn’t have been more excited. After a week of long nights spent editing photos and writing, my post is now about to be going public. The way Megan describes it, “it is literally a whole semester of meat cutting class in one blog post” and that it is. A whole beef cut up from start to finish. You’re going to want to see this. This guest blog post is setting the stage for more to come on here. My vision is to eventually do all three species: (beef, hog, and lamb) and possibly even a deer..??  Here at Chico Locker we always love to show how we do things. And so far, this blog will be a perfect vessel for being able to reach out to people and share our knowledge.
